Sometimes our Emails get tagged as spam, which is a pain, but unfortunately with these ever more aggressive spam filters cropping up all over the place, there's really nothing we can do about it!

If you've checked spam and it's not there - please be patient and wait an hour or so - sometimes Email gets backlogged and takes a while to be delivered!
